Daniel Sarah

Daniel grew up in a pastor’s home as the oldest of five boys. Daniel knew the message of the gospel from an early age, but struggled to accept his sinfulness in God’s eyes. It was not until he was thirteen years old that he accepted Christ as his Savior from sin.

During Daniel’s high school years God began to challenge his heart about full-time Christian service. In the summer of 1999, Daniel had the opportunity to take a two week mission trip to Brazil. It was during that trip that Daniel became greatly burdened for missions and felt that God wanted him to go to the mission field.

Having felt the Lord’s call to missions, Daniel attended Northland Baptist Bible College where he earned his B.A. in missions. During an internship after his junior year, Daniel had the privilege of returning to Brazil for nine weeks. As a result of this extended trip, God solidified Daniel’s call to the country of Brazil.

Because Daniel desired to enhance his skills for future ministry he enrolled at Bob Jones Seminary in the fall of 2005. In 2008 he completed his M.A. in Theology and completed his Master of Divinity in May 2010. As a member of Agnew Road Baptist Church, Daniel has been actively involved, serving in various ministries including: Sunday school superintendent, choir member, church maintenance man, and youth leader. Daniel continues to hone his skills through ministry in his home church. Daniel was ordained to the ministry in August 2010 by Agnew Road Baptist Church.

When she was six years old, Sarah was saved after talking to her junior church teacher and realizing that she was a sinner and needed Jesus to save her. When she was twelve Sarah began to have doubts about her salvation. At the same time she began to feel burdened for missions. The Lord used this to help Sarah realize that she was His child, and that He wanted her to serve Him in a very special way.

Sarah was able to attend a Christian school until the seventh grade. She was home schooled in eighth grade and then went to and graduated from a public high school. While in high school the Lord gave Sarah a greater burden for the lost.

After high school, Sarah attended Northland Baptist Bible College and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Elementary Education. She has had the opportunity to teach the first through fourth grades in a Christian school. She has also taught children’s classes in her church. Both these experiences have greatly prepared her for future children’s ministry. She is also greatly burdened for women’s ministry and has had several opportunities to speak in ladies meetings.
